She has experience in insurance defense and personal injury litigation, completed extensive mediation training and, for years, has successfully mediated personal injury, medical, insurance claims and a variety of other civil disputes in the North Bay Area. Marie is fluent in Spanish and, when appropriate, is able to effectively employ her understanding of cultural issues into the mediation process.
